"If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience. I will dispense this advice now.
Enjoy the power and beauty of your youth; oh nevermind; you will not understand the power and beauty of your youth until they have faded. But trust me, in 20 years youll look back at photos of yourself and recall in a way you cant grasp now how much possibility lay before you and how fabulous you really looked...Youre not as fat as you imagine.
Dont worry about the future; or worry, but know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubblegum. The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind; the kind that blindside you at 4pm on some idle Tuesday.
Do one thing everyday that scares you
Sing
Dont be reckless with other peoples hearts, dont put up with people who are reckless with yours.
Floss
Dont waste your time on jealousy; sometimes youre ahead, sometimes youre behind...the race is long, and in the end its only with yourself.
Remember the compliments you receive, forget the insults; if you succeed in doing this, tell me how.
Keep your old love letters, throw away your old bank statements.
Stretch
Dont feel guilty if you dont know what to do with your life...the most interesting people I know didnt know at 22 what they wanted to do with their lives, some of the most interesting 40 year olds I know still dont.
Get plenty of calcium
Be kind to your knees, youll miss them when theyre gone.
Maybe youll marry, maybe you wont, maybe youll have children, maybe you wont, maybe youll divorce at 40, maybe youll dance the funky chicken on your 75th wedding anniversary...what ever you do, dont congratulate yourself too much or berate yourself either - your choices are half chance, so are everybody elses.
Enjoy your body, use it every way you can...dont be afraid of it, or what other people think of it, its the greatest instrument youll ever own.
Dance...even if you have nowhere to do it but in your own living room.
Read the directions, even if you dont follow them.
Do NOT read beauty magazines, they will only make you feel ugly.
Get to know your parents, youll never know when theyll be gone for good. Be nice to your siblings; they are the best link to your past and the people most likely to stick with you in the future.
Understand that friends come and go, but for the precious few you should hold on. Work hard to bridge the gaps in geography in lifestyle because the older you get, the more you need the people you knew when you were young.
Live in New York City once, but leave before it makes you hard; live in Northern California once, but leave before it makes you soft.
Travel.
Accept certain inalienable truths, price will rise, politicians will philander, you too will get old, and when you do youll fantasize that when you were young prices were reasonable, politicians were noble and children respected their elders.
Respect your elders.
Dont expect anyone else to support you. Maybe you have a trust fund, maybe you have a wealthy spouse; but you never know when either one might run out.
Dont mess too much with your hair, or by the time its 40, it will look 85.
Be careful who advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it. Advice is a form of nostalgia, dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than its worth.
But trust me on the sunscreen..."

Yes, yes, and yes The dark knight is one of if not THE BEST super hero/comic book movie of all time. Wanna know why? Because it went far beyond fiction into real life, heres how.
The technology was all too real. Batman has a destructible tank, a bike that's main weapon is a grappling hook, and lets face it, his two fists. The jokers weapon of choice, a freakin knife, and the other character? a simple hand gun. yes, the technology was all within reach of reality.
The cinematography was amazing. The movie is shot all in real time, no speed ups or slow down (well maybe once, we might have to look at it again.) The fight scenes are direct, none of that camera shaking shit, hand to hand combat that makes it look likes as real as a backyard youtube fight video.
And finally, the characters. Batman is as we all know nothing more endowed then with money and purpose. The character is a vigilanty that grows more and more as the movie continues. His character development is nothing less than a shakespearean drama, as are the other characters. Like all good super heroes the movie brings forth his true weakness. Not a type of rock, nor a bottle of booze, but the people he attempts to protect. And of course there is heath ledger. The joker is not a crazy man, as he describes himself in the movie. He is nothing more than a man without a conscience or a care in the world. He like batman is only endowed with a mindset.
At 2.5 hours the movie keeps pace throughout and only for a minute or two are you wondering when the end will come. For sure a true classic, and a must see.

I'm excited
"DRAGONFORCE PREPARES THE WORLD FOR AN ULTRA BEATDOWN
Attention heavy metal warriors and guitar heroes across the land. DragonForce are pleased to announce Ultra Beatdown as the title of their forthcoming new album for Roadrunner Records, due in stores on August 26.
Ultra Beatdown is an epic, sweeping, grand collection of infectious guitar anthems that'll inspire all who listen to either pump their fists in the air or pick up a guitar, whether it be real or virtual. DragonForce's single from 2006's Inhuman Rampage, "Through The Fire and Flames," exploded on the public beyond the metal world thanks to its appearance on the massively popular guitar simulator game. The single has been RIAA certified Gold in the US.
The track listing for Ultra Beatdown is as follows:
1. Heroes of Our Time 2. The Fire Still Burns 3. Reasons to Live 4. Scars of Yesterday 5. Heartbreak Armageddon 6. The Last Journey Home 7. Inside the Winter Storm 8. The Warrior Inside
The band will spend the summer as a main stage attraction on the inaugural Rockstar Energy Mayhem tour, which features labelmates/headliners Slipknot, as well as Disturbed, Machine Head, Mastodon, and Airbourne, to name a few.
DragonForce will undoubtedly tear up the stage with their blend of guitar acrobatics, traded off by the virtuosos known as Herman Li and Sam Totman, as well as the soaring, room-filling vocals of ZP Theart. Bassist Frederic Leclerq and drummer Dave Mackintosh continue to fortify the band's rhythmic backbone, while Vadim Pruzhanov laces the band's power sound with keys. May the "Force" be with you this summer."

So on friday night we're bored and can't think of anything to do. My friend randomly suggests that we drive to san diego. He wasnt joking, and two of us were on board. After checking our bank accounts and sanity At the hour of midnight we start our journey to san diego. Gallons of coffee and energy drinks later we arrive at sunrise!

Then we puts around, find a newspaper, and see that it is fleet week! Red Bull competition amungst other crazy happenings in the harbor. Next we travel to torrey pines, look over at a nude beach, no one is there at 7 am.
We get some b-fast, blue moon seasonal, and hook up with friend of a friend. After much checking out of appartment we travel to the harbor. Crazyness insues! Huge battleships everywhere, two gignormous hover crafts (like the size of the north auditorium huge), pirate ship battle, and then red bull Air Race!
scene of the race More pics to come for all that.
After getting some sandwiches we travel back to tucson, shower, party till two, and finally go to sleep till 3pm today when i was awoken by a hell, i mean hall meeting.
yay impulsiveness!
